We are at a pivotal moment to advance the Haematology portfolio at AstraZeneca. As Global Marketing Lead for T cell engager therapies in NHL, you will play a critical role within the Global Haematology Franchise, reporting directly to the Global Commercial Head for T cell Engagers. In this capacity, you will drive the execution of global strategic brand plans for T cell engagers across multiple NHL indications.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with key leaders from global country and regional teams, including those based in the US, Europe, Japan, China, and international markets. You will also work cross-functionally with diverse headquarters teams, such as Marketing, Global Analytics & Insights (GA&I), Digital, Pricing and Market Access, Global Medical Affairs (GMA), Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Product Development. This collaborative environment empowers you to shape and deliver innovative solutions that can transform outcomes for patients worldwide.
Key responsibilities
Lead global marketing strategy and brand planning, championing co-creation with cross-functional teams, including GPT and IBT.
Drive alignment and execution of brand initiatives across all affiliates, ensuring seamless collaboration and endorsement at every level.
Shape launch readiness and product success by partnering strategically with Global Medical Affairs (GMA), Global Analytics & Insights (GA&I), Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, and Franchise Heads in G7 markets.
Collaborate with affiliates, key regions, and markets to define and implement the optimal Go-to-Market model for the global portfolio.
Engage GA&I, experts, and community HCPs to generate actionable insights that shape brand strategy and execution.
Develop persuasive business cases to support strategic investment decisions and proactively identify growth opportunities that elevate brand performance and long-term value.
Enhance the Brand Excellence Program and integrate marketing capabilities across the organization, providing ongoing performance reports to support improvement and accountability.
Facilitate clear communication and knowledge sharing among global, local, and cross-functional teams to drive effective execution.
Lead the design and execution of omnichannel digital marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand engagement across all customer touchpoints.
Define and manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve objectives and support launch preparation with sustained internal engagement.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices, identifying innovative marketing opportunities while ensuring brand consistency and integrity in all communications.
Requirements
Seasoned leadership with a proven ability to drive product development and deliver successful launches, bridging global strategy and local execution.
Haematology expertise required; strong knowledge of T-cell therapies—including T-cell Engagers, CAR-T, or BTK inhibitors (BTKIs)—considered highly advantageous.
Disease area experience in at least one of the following: DLBCL, FL, MCL, CLL, ALL, or MM.
Extensive global commercial experience, including pre-launch and launch phases.
In-market commercial experience required; expertise within the US market regarded as a significant advantage.
Comprehensive stakeholder understanding with proven engagement across patients, prescribers, payers, and providers.
Insight-driven strategy development demonstrated through effective use of data and market intelligence.
Proven ability to develop persuasive business cases that inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
Inspirational leadership skills in navigating ambiguity, mobilizing high-performing teams, and communicating with clarity to deliver transformational results.
Superior multitasking and autonomy in managing multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science discipline is required.
Desirable attributes
Previous Market Access experience.
Previous R&D experience or a strong understanding of key requirements for new drug development.
Demonstrated FDA interactions and regulatory expertise.
Proven launch experience in one of the G5 markets, with a particular focus on the US.
PhD or MBA qualification.
Advanced knowledge of T-cell therapies considered a strong advantage.
Strong clinical competence and a scientific, evidence-driven mindset.
Demonstrated business insights experience to inform strategic decisions.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $229,302- $343,954. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
